High School Band meets every day during 3rd hour, 9:44-10:30am. In addition to class, students are required an individual/small group lesson once a week. Lesson times are assigned at the beginning of the year depending on class schedules.
Outside of class, students are required to participate in the homecoming field show, three concerts, the district solo/ensemble festival, and several school and community ceremonies:

Students enrolled in High School Band are also required to participate in our loud and proud pep band, playing at various athletic events throughout the year.
Other performance opportunities for members of the High School Band include:
JAZZ BAND
This group performs periodically throughout the concert season.
DRUM CIRCLE
This group performs throughout the concert season and at various athletic events.
ALL STAR BAND
The Central Wisconsin conference unites its strongest musicians to create an honors band once a year. This group is open by nomination only.

MUSIC TRIP
Every two years, the high school band and choir travel to showcase our music groups and see the culture of our great nation. This year, we will travel to Nashville March 21-25, 2013!
