1. The Application: The best and most convenient way to apply is through the online application. You can quickly apply to multiple UW campuses with one application.
2. Transcripts: A transcript is like a snapshot of how you’ve been doing academically. It’ll include your coursework, grades, and credits since the 9th grade. Contact your high school counselor, Sandee Cornell, and ask to have your “Official Transcripts” sent to each UW System campus you’re applying to.
3. Test Scores: Click the following links to sign up for the ACT or SAT:
UPDATE: The UW System will not be requiring an ACT or SAT score to be sent for the 2020–21 and 2021–22 academic year. The University of Wisconsin–Madison received authorization to also include the 2022-23 academic year. Contact each school’s testing or admissions office for details.
