This season’s team is young and small in numbers but huge in heart. The team will be led by our two Senior captains Abby Presteen and Morgan Oskey. This will be Abby’s first season as our main pitcher and she will look to continue to contribute offensively. Morgan will once again bring her experience as she defends the hot corner at third base.
Other notable returning letter winners Jr Mallory Oskey, Sophomores Ella Griesbach, Brenna Beilfuss and Lana Arneson will play key roles in the success of our team. There will also be opportunities for Jr Kali Fischer and Sophomore Chloe Nelson to increase their roles on the team.
Rounding off our team are the four incoming Freshman, Abby Young, Cally Presteen, Maylea Krake and Ashlee Neubert. We will rely heavily on their speed and enthusiasm for the game.
Our goal is to start out with a successful trip to the Rhinelander Hodag Dome for a three game tournament in late March. We will strive to maintain consistency throughout the season and increase our competitiveness with each game.
We are excited to get out and play on our much improved diamond and hope to see you there!
