The Shiocton Chiefs football program is looking to continue building their successful culture and competitiveness on and off the field for their upcoming 2025 season!
This will come largely from a group of players stepping up into key leadership roles on the team. During the off season, we did see seniors Jahleel Burnside, Brandon Tesch, Scott Daniels, and Mason Demerath display leadership potential with great values and attitudes. This senior group has already shown the importance of quality over quantity!
We also saw juniors like Brett Singler, James Wagner, and Luis Vasquez lead by example hitting the weights relentlessly, and recruit others to bolster the team roster. With the smaller senior class, we are glad to have talented and determined underclassmen that are going to be instrumental in the success of the team this season.
The Shiocton Chiefs football program is excited for the upcoming season, and cannot wait to show what we can do!

For 18 years, the Shiocton Gridiron Club has supported our middle and high school football programs, raising nearly $300,000 for field improvements, equipment, and safety upgrades. Our focus is now on our most crucial project yet: a new bleacher system.
Our current bleachers are old and do not comply with the Americans Disability Act (ADA). They also offer poor visibility due to low elevation and face the setting sun. The new bleachers will be elevated for a clear view, accessible for everyone, and face East. We hope to include a press box and storage too.
We've made significant progress, already raising $210,000 towards our $380,000 goal. We need just a bit more support to make this dream a reality, especially now that the track resurfacing eliminates the old practice of watching games from the track. Our goal is to have the new bleachers ready for the 2025 season.
